Base revenue will be the average of the previous 6 months revenues.
If start date is 1st July'22, Revenue for Dec'22 should be 2X of base revenue.
The process is simple!

2. All applications will undergo an Adyogi-driven Ad account audit and a credit underwriting by the Velocity team.
3. All shortlisted applicants will be approached to discuss the proposed plan of action.
4. Post the initial enrolment, brands will be onboarded to kickstart the execution for 2X revenue delivery.
This program is one of its kind where we enable capital, sales planning and marketing execution for your website and marketplace to fast track your growth. This program will enable you to systematically test multiple growth levers and identify the ones which work for your business. We will be your knowledge and execution partner.
You will get financing to plan your inventory and Ad spends from Velocity against a fixed fee. Adyogi will set up and drive execution of your performance marketing campaigns for a nomimal agency fee based upon Ad spends.
There will be a clear plan of action for sales on website and marketplace and we will be committed to bringing it to life with you.
Few lever we will work on are :
Adyogi and Velocity team will work closely with you ensuring efficient execution and regular check-ins
Velocity charges fees for financing and the same will be refunded in full - no questions asked. Similarly Adyogi charges fees for its marketing agency services, the same will be refunded to you.
The principal amount for financing as well as Ad spends on platforms like Meta, Google will have to be borne by the company.
You should be an online business with good mix of your sales coming from your own website or marketplaces. Your website can be hosted on Shopify, Magento, Woocommerce, etc.
All deployment of Ad spends and financing will be basis alignment with you and will be done post agreement on plan of action and your buy in for the same.
We would expect to work with you as an extended team with ability to deploy our expertise to fuel your growth by having control of your ad spends and execution of aligned sales plan.
Our strong belief is that your revenue would have grown by 2X or more. Basis your comfort you can now avail growth financing from Velocity and Ad agency services from Adyogi to continue to fuel your growth.
We are confident that this will not happen! However, if you want to drop off, you will always be free to do so. The details for the same will be covered during enrollment under T&Cs and will be mutually aligned
If we are not able to meet our commitment then company will get full refund of monthly fees paid to Adyogi. Ad spends will not be refunded.
If we are not able to meet our commitment then company will get full refund of fixed fees paid to Velocity. Principal amount of the loan will need to paid back by company.
